RETURN POLICY

Important: Please read our return policy below before making a claim

1- Please save the invoices sent with your order as this is your receipt.

2- Applicable only for items that have been highly misrepresented.

3- We DO NOT accept returns for the following reasons:

• garment does not fit as expected (too small/too big)
• do not like overall look of item (cutting/material/etc)

4- We ACCEPT returns for the following reasons:

• different item model/color/size from the one purchased is received
• item is damaged/defective
• item measurement has large discrepancies with published measurements.

5- Return claim must be filed within 15 days from the time PAYMENT is received. Lovely dress must receive the return item(s) within 12 days from the time your return claim is approved.

Important: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the
return reaches to Lovely dress safely.

6- IMPORTANT: Reimbursements are given in the form of redelivery only and exchange with current stocks available and NOT in cash value. Redelivery is subjected to product availability.

* If there is no suitable items in which customer would like to exchange with, customer can be able to keep the exchange value as credit for newer stocks in future.

* Cash refunds will only be given only on case to case basis.

7- Redelivery is free after Lovely dress receives your return. Shipping charges to return item(s) to Lovely dress will not be reimbursed.

8- Original shipping cost during time of purchase will not be reimbursed on returns/exchanges.

*ALL ITEMS ARE BRAND NEW UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE (eg.: PRE-LOVED ITEM MEANING USED FEW TIMES BUT STILL IN GOOD CONDITION)

*WE ONLY SHIPS TO PENINSULAR AND EAST MALAYSIA

*ALL PRICES ARE QUOTED IN RINGGIT MALAYSIA AND NOT INCLUSIVE OF DELIVERY CHARGES.

*ITEMS WILL BE PACKED PROPERLY. HOWEVER, SELLER WILL NOT HOLD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGES DURING DELIVERY

*PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS (PREFER OFFICE ADDRESS) HAS SOMEONE IN DURING DAYTIME AS POSLAJU REQUIRES SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. IF NOT, THEY WILL DROP THE PARCEL AT THE NEAREST POSLAJU OFFICE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO COLLECT THE PARCEL AT THEIR OFFICE.
